We are proud to offer Martial Arts classes that include; Tae Kwon Do following a more traditional style, Self-Defense (a combination of various martial art styles), and Martial Arts Weapons (Note: prerequisite active Tae Kwon Do student).

On March 15, 2008 we will be hosting in conjunction with Stoner's Independent Tae Kwon Do Federation the "Battle of the BEST" Open Tournament. We will be giving away 1st thru 4th place for all divisions. There will also be Grand Championship trophies, and lastly we will honor the school that brings the most students to the tournament.
